
About Carl Alano
I did not enter real estate casually.
My family came to Canada with very little, and I saw first-hand how homeownership can change a family’s future. Real estate gave us stability, equity, and the ability to move forward over time.
That is the core of why I do this. I want to help people, especially first-time buyers and young families, who believe homeownership is out of reach. With the right plan, guidance, and strategy, many people are closer than they think.
Growing up around real estate and mortgages, I watched my mom help families qualify, buy, and finally get the keys to a home they were proud of. Seeing that moment, the relief, the happiness, and what it means to a family, is something that never gets old.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I began my professional path in the sciences, completing a Bachelor’s in Medical Sciences and a Master’s in Kinesiology, where I developed data-driven tools to assess human movement and presented my research internationally at academic conferences.
Today, I combine my personal mission with this same discipline to real estate. My goal is to make sure every client feels informed, protected, and confident through one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.
